These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place with Tempt Me Sweets, 140 E 200 S, Suite 1 & 2, Tooele, Utah 84074. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
ORDERS
Everything we sell is made by hand in small batches. Menu items, flavors, and quantities change week to week and are available while supplies last. We do our best to keep the site current, but what is in the case at the store is the final word.
Photos on this site show examples of our past work. Because every item is handmade, your order may look a little different in color, shape, or decoration.
CUSTOM ORDERS AND DEPOSITS
Custom cakes and special orders start with the request form on our Custom Orders page. Sending the form is a request, not a confirmed order. Your order is confirmed once we have agreed on the details and received your deposit.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to book your date.
- Full payment is due 3 days before your pickup or delivery date.
- Changes to a custom order must be approved by us and may change the price.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Because our products are food, we do not accept returns, and all sales are final. Full details, including what happens if we make a mistake on your order, are in our Refund Policy.
CLASSES
Cookie and cake classes are booked and paid for through this site. Class purchases are covered by our Refund Policy. If we need to cancel or reschedule a class, we will contact you to arrange a new date.
ALLERGENS
Our kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, and tree nuts. Items labeled "gluten friendly" are made without gluten ingredients but are prepared in a kitchen that also handles wheat, so we cannot guarantee they are free of traces. If you have a food allergy, please tell us before ordering and use your own judgment about what is safe for you.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one confirmed when you pay. Online payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number.
WEBSITE CONTENT
The photos, logos, recipes, and text on this site belong to Tempt Me Sweets. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tempt Me Sweets is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
